In 2019 I tripped in front of my apartment door on sidewalk steps that had sunken. I had complained about the steps to maintenance for about five weeks and even had them look at how dangerous it was. A friend came to visit and tripped, my son and his girlfriend were always complaining about the steps. You would leave and by the time you’d return more steps were sunken. When I tripped I tore my left lateral meniscus, I felt it immediately and within an hour, my knee was swollen. After getting my results back I called maintenance to let them know about my injury and they still did not repair the entranceway. So I decided to sue them and within two weeks of contacting R&B Goldman/Law, they finally fixed the steps.

I have been working with Robin the lawyer’s paralegal and she is amazing, we have had numerous calls since 2019 she is kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful. The last few months I’ve had calls with Jason one of the lawyers at the firm and he called today to advise me my case was settled. I’m over the moon with the outcome and would like to thank everyone involved with my case for all the hard work. This was my first experience with a law firm. Robin was so helpful and very caring. When I had my surgery she called to check on me, she would make sure she called at least once a week sometimes twice, it’s like we became an instant family. I would recommend this office strictly because of Robin as I already have. Even though it takes time she is right there with you. The whole time three and a half years we’ve never met, but she still was there. She really cares about her clients.
